Sara joined The Banyans Medical Centre team in April 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and community services sector to the role. Sara has also worked for many years with students who learn differently and has overseen the running of volunteer support communities for people in crisis.

With her Bachelor of Science and long-standing interest in psychology, Sara’s professional experience ensures our patients receive care and support that is in line with our values of care, respect and joy.

Sara has volunteered for organisations that help support the homeless as well as those with mental health and substance dependency issues.

A growing interest in addiction medicine and substance dependency disorders means Sara enjoys being part of a team supporting patients in their recovery from substance dependency, and is also a valued member of the Addiction Sciences QLD team.
