Communicating with the Banyans Medical Centre and Specialists Clinics
Our practice may use SMS reminders to communicate with you about your appointments or results. Please let staff know if you wish to opt out of this service.
Our practice email address is for general enquiries, feedback and complaints. No health information will be shared via this email. Please book an appointment if you have health matters to discuss with your clinician. If you have undergone pathology tests or diagnostic imaging and you are awaiting results, it is recommended you book an appointment for 5-7 days after you have completed your testing or imaging to discuss the results with your GP.
Feedback and Complaint Escalations
All feedback and complaints are taken very seriously and are kept entirely confidential. We will notify you of any improvements we make that result from your feedback or complaint. If you are not satisfied with the way we try to resolve your complaint, you can take your concerns to QLD Health Ombudsman at 133 646 or info@oho.qld.gov.au.
