Lauren joined The Banyans Medical Centre team in August 2021, armed with an extensive history in customer service and several years working in medical reception.

Lauren started her career in hairdressing and has worked as a medical receptionist since 2018.  She has also worked as a volunteer  with the RSPCA for more than eight years and has a background in helping to organise concerts, events, and music festivals. Lauren’s motivation in all that she does is her desire to help the community and bring people together.

Lauren loves helping those in need, making a difference in people’s lives, and making people aware that help and understanding is out there. She believes in helping people to take the steps they need to progress in their lives. She is committed to ensuring that people feel they are in the best hands possible regarding their mental health and wellbeing.

She was attracted to The Banyans’ values and loves working alongside an incredible team.

In her spare time and if she’s not with animals, Lauren loves to get outdoors on day trips with her fiancé, testing out new foodie spots, and enjoys the arts and escape rooms! She also loves to cook and try out new recipes.
